The versatile motorbike communication system for large routes!

Intelligent reduction of the driving noise, intercom activation on request, integrated hands-free equipment for transmission via two-way radio and mobile phone, high end stereo audio input for radio and navigation system, integrated Bluetooth Gateway for the driver and much more, mounted space saving in a case of aluminium.

The ON TOUR allows an hands-free communication between driver and pillion rider (via intercom), from motorbike to motorbike (via two-way radio vs. walkie-talkie) or to others via mobile phone. ON TOUR is suitable for high speed driving with the appropriate helmet sets.

An Audio input with self adjusting signal modulation and an automatic intercom lock when driving solo allows a musical audio pleasure in stereo or alternatively bringing in the voice messages of the GPS-navigation system.

A driving noise dependent volume control, an intelligent signal management and an individually activatable multilevel driver security package ensures for maximum safety (entertainment lock).

Important device features of ON TOUR:

  • Fit-for-motorbike intercom:
    Crystal-clear hands-free full duplex helmet-to-helmet intercom system makes a safe voice communication possible even with very high driving noises.

  • Automatic deactivation of intercom when driving solo:
    No unintentional activation of the microphone when e.g. singing along...
  • Effective elimination of disturbing driving noise:
    Expensive filters reduce the driving noise. If nobody is talking, a fit-for-motorbike voice switch ensures also at high speed a soft muting of the microphone signals.
  • Entertainment control with Intelligent signal management:
    No operation required while driving. INNOVA recognizes automatically any activity of connected devices and ensures that you have the most important functions in foreground.
  • On demand activatable driver safety package:
    When using the optionally available operating device all external audio signals can be blocked for the driver with only one step.
  • Stereo audio input with self adjusting signal modulation for Audio or Navigation
    With ON TOUR is a setting of the audio signal while driving not required:
    • Automatic volume control of the audio signal depending of the driving noise.
    • Volume lowering of the audio signal while intercom voice-operation with agreeable soft fading.
    • HiQu-Stereo transmission for driver and pillion rider possible (mind road traffic regulations!)
    • Extensive universal connection of accessories. Optional deliverable connecting cables and Bluetooth accessory adapter allow to connect various audio systems with loudspeaker, headphone or Bluetooth output (like car radio, mini radio, MP3-, CD-player etc.).

  • Fit for motorbike hands-free equipment for two-way radio or mobile phone
    The ON TOUR allows unattended two-way-radio or cell phone operation while driving:
    • Automatic volume control of the two-way radio reception signal depending on the driving noise.
    • Using of driving noise compensated automatic voice control (fit for motorbike VOX)
    • Not one word will get lost as any delay of the two-way radio equipment is electronically compensated.
    • Also manual handling is possible by using the optional operating device or with a separate transmission button.
    • Automatic lowering of the audio signal (music) as well as the avigation signal on transmission operation.
    • Trimmer for optimal transmission modulation at the connected two-way radio or mobile phone.
    • ON TOUR has a driving noise dependent modulation adjustment: Whatever speed you will drive, everybody will hear your voice clearly and understandable.
      The transmission quality of a two-way radio or mobile phone is very dependent of the regulated modulation. Since everybody automatically adjusts his voice volume to the noise of his actual environment, only automatic modulation adjustment allows the best signal quality.
    • You decide what kind of two-way radio or mobile phone you like to connect.
    • Decide for yourself what kind of two-way radio or mobile phone you want to connect. Extensive universal connection for two-way radio and mobile phone accessories. Optional deliverable connecting cables allow connecting a various type of two-way radios or mobile phones via loudspeaker or headphone output.
    • For wireless connection is a certificated Bluetooth Accessory Adapter available.

  • Various adjustment settings:
    Lowest voice volume level, driving noise compensation, volume of intercom, two-way radio modulation and mobile phone transmission volume may be adjusted individually.
  • Easiest handling because of power supply by the motorbike:
    No changing or recharging of batteries necessary.

  • Less mounting effort because of automatic power on of the power supply (only Wire Helmet Set):
    • Plugging in the helmet connector will automatically power on the ON TOUR. This allows connecting the system directly to the battery of the vehicle or optional to any 12V power plug.
    • Power-On-Automatic. This function allows automatically to power on connected devices like radio or two-way radio if desired. Simply plug in helmet connector and start driving.
  • Extensive integrated vehicle dejam facilities:
    Save time and money. ON TOUR is extremely save from electronic vehicle jam. Also the operation on CAN-Bus power supply is allowed.

  • Robust assembly for harsh operation:
    • ON TOUR is assembled in a stout waterproof aluminium case. It has weatherproof helmet plug outlets equipped with raised markers for easy plugging in the correct position even with gloves.
    • The electronics are sheltered by an automatic power off against over voltage. All amplifier outputs are short-circuit-proof and are equipped with overload protection.

  • Suiting helmet sets for your helmet:
    High quality helmet installation sets are deliverable for full face helmets, flip-up helmets and open face helmets. On request we provide the installation into your helmets.

  • Third and fourth helmet connection optional:
    On request additional helmet connectors for sidecar operation can be added.
